Returns are a matter of common sense... 

 

Returns, changes of mind, size exchanges, all happen!

It's part and parcel of clothing thousands of customers with different shapes, sizes and tastes.

Our main aim is that all our customers are always happy with every order, we try our hardest to ensure that all orders are exactly as specified. If there are any problems with your order our customer services team will take ownership and contact you as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that the products we supply you are not exactly as you wanted. Our customer service team will liaise with you to resolve any issues as quickly and as painlessly as possible.

If the delivery is as you ordered and you wish to return it, our procedure is designed to ensure it is managed in an easy and professional manner.

Our Returns Policy:

1) You may return unused goods to us for a full refund up to 14 days after delivery (as long as they are not Bespoke Goods). Garments must not have been worn or altered in any way, still in the original packaging so they can be fit to be returned to stock.

2) If garments are returned in perfect condition after 14 days you will receive a full refund.

3) However if garments are returned in perfect condition up to 30 days a £4.99 re-stocking charge will be applied. No returns after 30 days will be eligible for a credit.

When you return a product to us:

3) In the 30 day limit we will process any refund to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days to the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full (not including the shipping costs paid previously). However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the item in a safely packaged manner; Note we are not held responsible for this.

4) If you claim the product is defective, we will examine the returned product and, if we are satisfied provide a full replacement or, where this is not possible due to discontinuance or other non-availability of stock. We will provide you with a full refund (including a refund of shipping costs for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us). This will be provided as soon as possible within 30 days to the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product.

5) For any other reason (for instance, because you do not agree to our terms and conditions or in any of our policies) we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via email that you are entitled to a refund. However you must contact us in advance about the unwanted product as we are not held responsible for this.

6) We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method used previously to pay for your purchase.
